We are shipping your orders out daily.  All domestic and international orders are sent via express shipping.

 

RETURNS: We have extended our returns period to 90 days.

Domestic orders
   
All domestic orders over $50 receive FREE express post shipping.
All domestic orders under $50 are sent via express post at $10 per order
Orders going to our lovely customers in regional Australia may take a little longer
   
  
International orders (including USA, Canada and UK)
   
Orders over AUD $300 receive FREE express shipping via DHL
For orders under AUD $300 express shipping via DHL is $20.

 

International Customs Charges

International orders are shipped with DHL using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Sundae Muse is not responsible for any additional charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.  Sundae Muse cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes (including VAT) that may be imposed by the customs of your country.  Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds or store credit for these costs.

We suggest you contact your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes.  Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.  If the package is returned to Sundae Muse, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.  

 

  
Incorrect address
  
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for their order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Sundae Muse will not refund your order or offer a replacement.
 
   
Dispatch
If you have an urgent order please contact our customer service team at love@sundaemuse.com * We endeavor to send all orders the same day (when placed before 10:30 am AEST time Monday-Friday). However, this can occasionally take longer due to promotions or stock availability. We will endeavor to let you know as soon as possible if there is a delay in shipping your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
   
  
Shipping times and tracking
  
All orders will be delivered via express shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. All shipping estimates are from the time of dispatch. Please note that dispatch times can vary during busy sale periods. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Sundae Muse is not responsible for any delays in receiving your parcel.
