You can return full priced items for Store Credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Items purchased from our sale collection are final sales unless deemed faulty. You do not need to contact us prior to returning your parcel, simply fill out the returns form and send it back to us within the required timeframe.
  
How to make a return
   
Download, print and fill in the returns form or use the one we sent with your parcel. Return your item/s to Sundae Muse Returns, 20 Prime Street, Thomastown VIC 3074 with your completed return form. * Please keep a copy of your return tracking number, as we can not accept responsibility for any lost returns.
   

We will accept a return if the item is:

• Sent back within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
• Is new and unworn with all original swing tags attached, does not have make-up or fake tan marks, smell of perfume, deoderant or washing powder.

   

Item/s not eligible for return under any circumstance:

• Items marked 'Final Sale' in the product description

• Earrings / jewellery / undergarments

• Items that do not meet our returned item conditions above

 

  

AfterPay returns 
 
Returns using Afterpay remain subject to our regular returns policy. Should you wish to return your items, and your items are deemed faulty by our team, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we can cancel the payment plan. Items that are returned for change of mind or sizing are eligible for a store credit only which will be emailed to you.
       
 
Faults
 
All items shipped from Sundae Muse HQ are carefully checked for any faults before dispatch. If you are to find a major fault in a product we have shipped to you, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving you order. Email us at love@sundaemuse.com with description and digital images of the fault. We will gladly replace your item where available. If we cannot replace the style, we will offer a credit note or refund. Sundae Muse does not accept returns for damage caused by general wear and tear. All faulty returns will be accessed on an individual basis and Sundae Muse reserves the right to determine genuine faults in the product. All faulty items must be returned unworn with tags attached.
   
 
If you've received an incorrect item
   
If you have received an incorrect item or size, we will ammend this at no further cost to you. Please email us within 48 hours at love@sundaemuse.com
Sundae Muse will cover all return postage costs of the incorrect item. Upon receiving the item back we will send out a replacement via express post. If the desired style is out of stock you will be issued a full refund. All incorrect items must be returned unworn with tags attached.
   
   
Product Imagery and Colours
   
At Sundae Muse we try our best to depict items as accurately as possible in the photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that colours will be completely accurate due to colour variations on individual computer screens. We also use flash photography and recommend referring to the fabric swatch for colour and fabric accuracy.
 
  
Return Process
  
Sundae Muse is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Sundae Muse is also not responsible for returns lost by Australia Post. We will provide you with a store credit (via email) or refund (If applicable) within 5 business days of receiving the original item/s. We process returns and issue refunds/ store credit on Friday afternoons.
